2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website by both private individuals and professional clients (e.g. restaurants, specialty shops) within Belgium.
3. Products & Orders
All products are sourced from local Italian producers and described as accurately as possible. Orders are confirmed via email and processed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues or incorrect pricing.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods indicated at checkout. For B2B clients, payment terms may be agreed upon separately.
5. Delivery
We deliver throughout Belgium. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal (B2C only)
Private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Warranty & Liability
We guarantee the quality of our products as described. In case of defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
